SUPERIOR FUEL CELLS LIMITED WARRANTY
Superior Fuel Cells assumes no responsibility or liability for damages or injuries which may result from the use or installation of its products, whether or not properly installed or used. Due to the nature of the products sold by Superior Fuel Cells and the extreme demands on racing and performance products.
SUPERIOR FUEL CELLS products are sold WITHOUT ANY EXPRESSED WARRANTY OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INTENDED PURPOSE.
This warranty shall not apply to a fuel cell or any component or accessory which has been subjected to accident, negligence, disassembly, alteration (including, but not limited to, improper or faulty repair) abuse, misuse, (including, but not limited to, incompatible fuels or additives), improper installation, (including, but not limited to, use of unauthorized parts or accessories) or unsuited uses.
SUPERIOR FUEL CELLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, CONTINGENT DAMAGES, EXPENSE OR INJURY ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT IN ITS FUEL CELLS OR FROM THE USE OF ANY FUEL CELL, DEFECTIVE OR OTHERWISE.
Any warranties implied by law are limited to the duration of this warranty.
All warranty claims hereunder shall be made by contacting Superior Fuel Cells and first obtaining an RMA#, then returning the Superior Fuel Cells product, freight prepaid, together with the original invoice and a full written description of the alleged defect to Superior Fuel Cells, 83683 Pacific Hwy 99N. Creswell, OR. 97426 Clearly mark the shipment with the RMA#. Superior Fuel Cells will, at its sole option, repair, replace or pro-rate credit that amount towards a replacement cell, for the original purchaser, when Superior Fuel Cells examinationshall disclose it is defective in materials or workmanship and provided it has been returned to Superior Fuel Cells within the time period specified. Cells older than 60 days will be prorated at a straight ratio based on the number of months left on the warranty, cells returned within 60 days will not be prorated. DISASSEMBLING THE FUEL CELL WITHOUT SUPERIOR FUEL CELLS ASKING YOU TO WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. IF IT IS A BLADDER WARRANTY, WE WILL SEND YOU INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REPLACE THE WARRANTY BLADDER.
Superior Fuel Cells reserve the right to make changes in its products at any time. Product refinements or alterations will be made without obligation to change or improve products that were previously manufactured. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Warranted cells will be returned to the customer pre-paid via ground freight within the US.
THIS WARRANTY AND THE RIGHT TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR CREDIT OF THE PRO-RATED PURCHACE PRICE ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LEIU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
RETURN POLICY
THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO ALL RETURNS. FOR INFORMATION ON OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY, PLEASE SEE OUR LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT.
- All returns require a Return number, pre-approval, and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. To obtain a RETURN number, call 541-895-4224 or by e-mail to SUPERIORFUELCELLS@gmail.com
- All returns are subject to a minimum of 20% or $50 restocking fee, whichever is greater (unless you were shipped the wrong product by SFC).
- Superior Fuel Cells will inspect the product when it is returned and determine the refund amount at that time.
- Returns must be new and in saleable condition. Care must be taken to pack the item to avoid scratches, surface wear or other damage in shipment. Superior Fuel Cells is not responsible for freight damage on return shipments. Please insure the items appropriately.
- Label the return number on the outside of the shipping box.
- All items must be returned to us freight prepaid by customer; any items shipped COD will be refused.
- All items must be in the current price list and purchased within the last 30 days.
- No exchanges or returns of any custom product or any standard product that has been modified at your request. Example: top plates, fuel pick-up.
- If a used cell is shipped to Superior Fuel Cells for any reason, it must be clean and dry or it will be subject to a hazardous material disposal fee.
- Credit for returned product may be used towards the purchase of replacement product only, must be used within 12 months, and cannot be refunded in cash.
- If you receive an order that was damaged in shipment, retain all boxes and packing materials and contact us for further instructions 541-895-4224.
